The loft is located in the popular Calatrava district of the old town, in the immediate vicinity of numerous restaurants and stores. Although it does not have a terrace, the famous "Parque de la Mar" park in front of Palma's cathedral is within walking distance and offers varied entertainment, especially in summer, with concerts and open-air cinema.
From one window you can see the sea, and Palma's city beach is just a short walk away.

The charming loft is located on the 3rd floor without elevator and offers a living space of 84 sqm. It consists of a large room that serves as a living area with kitchen, which offers a semi-open niche for a double bed, as well as a small bathroom. The apartment has hot and cold air conditioning and low-wattage thermo panels, which ensures a pleasant and warm indoor climate.

It can be rented for one year, with the possibility of extension. The additional costs amount to electricity and water, which are very manageable. Pets are not allowed.

Palma's old town is ideal for those wishing to live in the midst of city life, with its small, sleepy squares, narrow alleys, wonderfully picturesque buildings, lively shopping streets and restaurants and cafes.

In this part of the town something is always happening, and here the most places of interest can be found including the famous cathedral La Seu, built between the 14th and 19th centuries, the Arab baths, the Almundaina palace or the well-known nightlife-quarter La Lonja. The history of the capital of Mallorca can truly be felt here.

Take a stroll down the narrow alleys of the old town of Palma and drink a coffee or a glass of wine on one of the little squares. Let yourself be enchanted by the charm of 'the pearl of the Mediterranean', and you will surely never forget Palma.
Nearby is the 'Plaza Espana' from where there are connections to the very well-organised traffic system, no matter whether you are travelling by bus, train or taxi.
