The house is located in the small village of Búger. It is in a quiet location, but also conveniently situated due to its proximity to the highway from Palma to Alcudia. Many beaches and the island's capital can be reached in 20 to 30 minutes. The mountains of the Tramuntana are only a few minutes away.

The house has approx. 200 square meters spread over three floors. There are 3 bedrooms (2 of them with en suite bathrooms) and a large living and dining area with a modern kitchen. The house was extensively modernized a few years ago, while retaining the old charm. It has hot/cold air conditioning and a pool.

The house has a large flat screen TV and fast fiber optic internet, making it ideal for mobile working.

In the basement there is a spacious garage and a large storage room with its own bathroom/WC.

The house has a large terrace with pool and a small roof terrace. Both are west-facing and offer great views so that the beautiful sunsets can be admired.

The house is equipped with all the necessary items for a comfortable stay.

Búger is very charming and offers a panoramic view of half the island thanks to its exposed location on a hill. In the village there is a small supermarket, a pharmacy, a bakery, two bars and a restaurant.

Especially Campanet and Buger each with immediate access to the 2006 created motorway between Palma-Alcudia, provide a further advantage in that it only takes 25 minutes to reach Palma by car.
